The above link will take you to my favourite photo on "Flickr". It is a photo of River Phoenix and a beautiful background in it. Have a look at it and you will see what I am talking about. The longer you look at the photo the more you see in it. It is an amazing picture!

I really enjoyed using Flickr, searching for this photo, I found many others that I really liked. I think this site is a great idea to back up your own photo's and the fact that you can allow other people to view you photo's it is a good way showing family friends who may not live near you all your happy snaps.

Lets get the ball rolling

Day one of getting my L plates, I couldn't watch the YouTube video so how is the rest of this going to go. This will be an interesting learning experience and we are going to allocate 1hr a fortnight to play.

I haven't had much to do with blogging so this will be a great learning experience for myself. I think it is a great idea to learn about all of the new sites on the Internet that people are using, this keeps us in touch with what our clients are using. Life long learning is an essential practise in a Library. We are here to help and deliver information to our customers and if we don't know what is out there to offer to our clients, than what good are we?
